Open all week weather permitting. 

Poolside Grill - Zion Ponderosa Restaurant
1) Mini tacos of the day. Two fresh tacos filled with cilantro,pico do gallo,fresh lime.  Marinated Chicken,beef or fish.  (changes daily)

2) Zion Ponderosa Pork Sliders.  Prickly Pear Cactus BBQ sauce.  Pulled Pork.  Jalapeno and Mango Cole Slaw. Slider Buns.  Two per order.

3) Mini Hot dogs.  Cheese,Mustard Relish,Utah Cherry Ketchup. Two per order.

4) Marinated Grilled Chicken Skewers.  Honey Dijon Glaze, Grapes, Pineapple.  Two per order.
