the Sanctuary. Known to move many to tears at first sight, the view changes throughout the day as the sunlight plays over the ridge. Snuggled next to Zion National Park, the Southwest-style Sanctuary sleeps 12; each with her/his own bed.
The vaulted ceiling living room, with its warm fireplace and comfy sofa and recliners, provides the perfect setting to relax with a good book or simply kick back and enjoy the view. When hunger strikes, the beautiful, fully equipped kitchen with its granite counter tops and conveniently located BBQ just outside on the large, wrap-around deck, inspire weekend, as well as experienced chefs.
At night, when a zillion stars are visible, you can pick out your favorite constellations from one of the decks, or while rejuvenating your body and soothing the mind in our hot tub. Later, you can watch a movie on the 63-inch HDTV, listen to your own music on the iPod hi-fi, or tune in to Sirius radio.
At Zion Ponderosa Ranch you can enjoy horseback riding, tennis and campfires or just minutes away, visit Zion National Park for amazing hikes with spectacular views.

- Deposit: A 50% deposit is due upon booking for all reservations. The remaining 50% is charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- No Pets and No Smoking allowed in all lodging units.
- Check-In / Late Arrivals: Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. If you or anyone in your party finds that your arrival time will be later than the closing time of our check-in desk, please be aware that there will be a late check-in packet available for you. Please call the Resort if you will be arriving later than 9:00pm."
- For Vacation Home Rentals a minimum 2-Night stay is required. Accidental Rental Damage Insurance is automatically included in the cost of your trip in lieu of paying a security deposit . Please review the Description of Coverage for details. This additional $45.00 fee covers accidental damages of up to $1,500 to the property or its contents during your stay (subject to plan terms and conditions).

- Please note that for the winter period between Thanksgiving and March 15, our regular activities are not available and dining offerings are limited. This is a great time to enjoy the quiet of Zion National Park while staying in one of our cabins or mountain homes.
