Children under age three and not participating in Camp Ponderosa are free.
Reservations made within 45 days prior to the arrival require payment
in full upon confirmation. Reservations made more than 45 days prior to arrival
require 50% of payment upon confirmation. Balance will be due/charged 30 days prior
to arrival. Group reservations and those exceeding a package total of $1000 require
written authorization to charge credit card via fax/mail. We accept MasterCard, Visa,
and personal check.
Cancellations made more
than 30 days prior to arrival are fully refundable less a 10% administrative fee.
Cancellations made within 30 days prior but more than 48 hours prior to arrival are
50% non-refundable. Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to arrival are non-refundable.
Any partial cancellation is subject to a 10% administrative fee of the canceled
portion.

lodging / camping, three tasty meals daily, horseback riding, mountain biking,
guided ATV tours, rappelling, hiking, wagon rides, archery, and much more.
Also included are deluxe resort amenities such as swimming pool, hot tub, climbing
and rappelling wall, basketball, tennis, sand volleyball, and more.
