If you are looking for an exciting place to stay during your southern Utah family vacation, Zion Ponderosa Ranch and Resort is an excellent choice. When you stay with us, you will enjoy practically unlimited recreation options, including ATV tours, horseback rides, and paintball games. Our open-use recreation barn includes activities such as foosball, ping-pong and billiards. Mountain bike trails encircle our property. You will also enjoy taking a dip in our two-tiered swimming pool and ascending our 40-foot climbing wall.

Since Zion National Park is the primary reason you will probably choose Zion Ponderosa as your southern Utah vacation headquarters, we offer a hiking shuttle to Zion. The shuttle departs the resort daily at 7:00 a.m. It drops you off at the flagpole next to the Zion Canyon Visitor Center, where you board the Zion Canyon Shuttle (April through October) into the most visited section of the park. The canyon shuttle stops at all of the major trailheads, including Emerald Pools, Weeping Rock and the Temple of Sinawava, the last stop on the route. Our hiking shuttle will pick you up at the flagpole again at 6:00 p.m. The hiking shuttle makes hiking extremely convenient, eliminating the need to drive your own car and try to find a parking spot.

If you want to save a little money and “rough it,” you can choose one of our tent sites. Our cowboy cabins are another extremely affordable option. If you have an RV, one of our full-hookup RV sites will suit you. If you would rather enjoy the comforts of home, try one of our cabin suites. If you want luxurious accommodations, rent one of our mountain homes, which include satellite TV, DVD players, and gas fireplaces. At Zion Ponderosa, we have accommodations that fit any budget.
