and spacious and family oriented. You can
cook a great homemade meal in the beautiful fully equipped kitchen with its granite countertops or BBQ on the wraparound covered deck. Later you can shoot some hoops, play ping pong or foosball, watch a movie in the loft on the plasma TV with surround sound or just relax after a day at the ranch as you enjoy the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. - Activity Vouchers Savings! Guests may save by purchasing, in advance, the Adventure Package that includes 10 or more activity vouchers at discount rates per voucher (normally $15.00). This offer is available only when purchased in advance. Learn more...
- Deposit: A 50% deposit is due upon booking for all reservations. The remaining 50% is charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- No Pets and No Smoking allowed in all lodging units.
- Check-In / Late Arrivals: Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. If you or anyone in your party finds that your arrival time will be later than the closing time of our check-in desk, please be aware that there will be a late check-in packet available for you. Please call the Resort if you will be arriving later than 9:00pm."
- For Vacation Home Rentals a minimum 2-Night stay is required. Accidental Rental Damage Insurance is automatically included in the cost of your trip in lieu of paying a security deposit . Please review the Description of Coverage for details. This additional $45.00 fee covers accidental damages of up to $1,500 to the property or its contents during your stay (subject to plan terms and conditions).
