Our mountain vacation rental homes offer a better option than a motel or motels. Our vacation homes are much better quality than a motel and they are secluded on a quiet lane at the resort. We have many styles from which to choose.
So why stay in motels when our log cabin suites are equipped with all you need including your own front porch. The cabins are capable of sleeping up to 6 people.
A motel alternative that is often less expensive than a motel is the Cowboy Cabin, which will sleep up to six, and includes a front porch. Guests have access to resort facilities and our shower house.
Our campgrounds are much less expensive than a motel and offer western style covered wagons and tent sites. Both come with access to our shower house and all other resort facilities.
We have the closest full hook-up RV camping to the East side of Zion National Park. Rather than stay in a motel or area motels, you can enjoy the stars in spectacular clear night skies at Zion Ponderosa.

- Deposit: A 50% deposit is due upon booking for all reservations. The remaining 50% is charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- No Pets and No Smoking allowed in all lodging units.
- Check-In / Late Arrivals: Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. If you or anyone in your party finds that your arrival time will be later than the closing time of our check-in desk, please be aware that there will be a late check-in packet available for you. Please call the Resort if you will be arriving later than 9:00pm."
- For Vacation Home Rentals a minimum 2-Night stay is required. Accidental Rental Damage Insurance is automatically included in the cost of your trip in lieu of paying a security deposit . Please review the Description of Coverage for details. This additional $45.00 fee covers accidental damages of up to $1,500 to the property or its contents during your stay (subject to plan terms and conditions).
