Utah Office of Tourism – Retreat – Board Meeting
This past weekend we hosted the Board of Directors and various staff members for the Utah Office of Tourism. Much of their time was spent in planning meetings, but they did get a little time to experience Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort. The UOT is headed by Vicki Varela and the board is chaired by Joel Racker.
While visiting Zion Ponderosa the group had the opportunity to ride our Polaris Rangers on Zion Ponderosa’s 4,000 acress that border Zion National Park. From Pine Knoll, one of the high points on the property, visitors were able to see grand views in all directions. Watch this video of this group’s visit to Jolley Gulch.
Zion Ponderosa offers a wide range of activities including jeep tours, horseback riding, guided canyoneering adventures, ATV tours, shotgun shooting, paintball, climbing wall, zip line, and more. With six lodging types, a restaurant, and all these activities, Zion Ponderosa is also a great location for a corporate retreat or group event.
Access to Jolley Gulch is quite easy from Zion Ponderosa, and many people will walk, mountain bike, or even drive to an access point where this view can be seen.
