Our signature Swedish massage includes an eclectic blend of flowing strokes, trigger point reflexology and Eastern techniques to increase circulation, relax and relieve stress, providing an overall sense of well-being. During deep tissue massage, our licensed massage therapist uses deep pressure to loosen and relax the muscles, leaving your body in a state of paradise. Sports massage focuses on recovery from strenuous or excessive activity — perfect after a long hike or a day of mountain biking. Or try a traditional Native American hot stone massage for comforting warmth using heated, oiled stones to help you feel grounded and balanced. Our Ultimate Body Treatment begins with warm massage oil applied to skin, followed by a gentle exfoliation, and a rejuvenating nourishing seaweed mud to hydrate and detoxify the skin.
