One of our favorite traditions at Zion Ponderosa is cooking Thanksgiving dinner for our guests—so you can spend more time making memories with family and exploring Zion. This year, trade kitchen chaos for cozy cabin vibes and a feast that tastes even better because you didn’t have to cook.

Your stress-free Thanksgiving starts at Zion Ponderosa. We’re serving up a feast that’s as unforgettable as the East Zion scenery. The menu includes seasonal starters, harvest salad, hearty wild rice soup, a traditional carving station with herb roasted turkey, glazed smoked ham, and slow roasted prime rib—plus your favorite Thanksgiving side dishes (did somebody say homemade sweet potato casserole?) and a full dessert bar packed with pumpkin, pecan, and apple pie and more.
Dinner reservations are available all day from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Ponderosa Eats, with takeout options available for guests who want to enjoy dinner in their vacation home. Walk-ins are also welcome as space permits.
