Sitting at a higher elevation than the canyon floor, the rugged backcountry of East Zion is defined by rolling ponderosa pine forests, hidden slot canyons, and massive expanses of exposed checkerboard sandstone. Because much of this wild terrain is inaccessible to standard vehicles, a UTV allows you to easily conquer steep, sandy tracks and rocky ridges to reach breathtaking, panoramic overlooks that 99% of park visitors will never see.
