Great jobs at Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort: Each year our Utah resort near Zion National Park hires employees of all ages to work in hospitality, recreation, dining services, housekeeping, front desk, marketing, grounds and maintenance. We accept applications on a year-round basis. Compensation includes wages plus gratuity, as well as on-site housing for $5/day.  Wages vary depending on department and experience, starting no less than $12+ per-hour (depending on department), before gratuities and bonuses.
